Description
Join our private Tuscan cooking class in Historical centar of Siena, held at the first cooking school in the city, founded in 1996.
Your instructor, Francesco, the owner of the school, is a passionate advocate of traditional Tuscan family recipes, using only the freshest local ingredients. He will guide you through the preparation of a full Tuscan menu, from appetizer to dessert, including handmade fresh pasta.
The menu varies with the seasons, ensuring a fresh and authentic experience every time. In each class, you’ll prepare five different recipes, which may include a variety of appetizers, soups, and handmade pastas such as ravioli, gnocchi, and pici, paired with delicious sauces. The main course often features a traditional meat dish with seasonal sides, while desserts range from classic Tuscan treats to specialties from other Italian regions.
At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the meal you prepared, accompanied by a quarter-liter of excellent Tuscan IGT red wine per person.
